It was during early April -- new year water festival month in Thailand & Myanmar -- and in the midst of COVID-19 crisis, the opportunity came knocking to launch this boutique management advisory and project management service provider, MERIDIAN Advisory. It is also a time of drastic changes in business and political landscape in Southeast Asia, especially in Myanmar because of the military coup.
